"I really wanted to like this, but it..."
I really wanted to like this, but it feels way too pricey for what you actually get. It works fine, I guess, but nothing about it felt amazing or worth the cost. They made it sound like there would be better results and a few nice extras included, but that didn’t really happen. For the price, I expected them to deliver on those promises a lot more. Overall, it just wasn’t a great value for me

"Didn’t really work for my tighter curls"
I really wanted this to work for me, but it just wasn’t great on my 4a/4b curls. Some pieces ended up stretched in a weird way while other sections stayed puffy, so my hair looked uneven instead of smoother. I also tried reaching out for help and felt like I got stuck in a support loop with the same basic replies, which was frustrating. Maybe it works better for looser curl patterns, but it didn’t do much for mine.

"Am I the only one whose hair felt damaged after using this?"
Am I the only one who felt like this made their ends feel fried? After just a few uses, my hair seemed more damaged, especially at the ends.

"Not really sure it saved me any time??"
I got this thinking it was going to make drying my hair way faster, but honestly… I’m confused?? It didn’t really cut down the time for me. My hair still took forever, and I ended up going over the same sections more than once. Between setting it up and waiting, it felt like more hassle than just using my regular dryer. Kind of disappointed...

"Not really as smooth as I hoped"
It dried my hair fine, but I was really hoping it would leave it smoother. I still had some frizz afterward, just a little less than usual. For the price, I really expected better results.

"A little awkward to use"
It’s kind of hard to handle, honestly. I found it a bit awkward to use and not as comfortable as I was expecting.
